Winter Break Camp 2025

Get ready for a fun-filled winter break at our pediatric therapy clinic in Irvine, CA! Join us for a mini camp where we’ll keep the developmental momentum going with therapeutic activities that support sensory processing, motor skills, and social-emotional skills.

Located in the heart of Orange County, our clinic is the perfect place for your child to thrive and enhance their developmental abilities while having a blast during the winter break. Don’t miss out on this enriching and enjoyable experience!

We’re offering a 2 week camp during Winter Break to continue with play-based activities, sensory exploration, fine and gross motor skills, self-regulation, and social skills.

General Camp Details

  • Camp weeks:
    • December 22nd, 2025 – December 26th, 2025
    • December 29th, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026
  • Camp Hours: 9:00am – 1:00pm
  • Camp Closure: No camp on December 24th-25th, 2025 and December 31st, 2025-January 1st, 2026.
  • Cost: 
    • Sign up by 9/15/2025: $625 per week.
    • Sign up after 9/15/2025: $655 per week
    • Extended care available from 1pm to 2pm for $51/hr.
  • Camp is led by licensed and registered occupational therapists and speech therapists.
  • Changes or Cancellations:

    We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help when possible. However, due to the limited spots available for camp, the following cancellation terms apply:

    1. Full Payment Required: a full payment is required to secure your child’s spot. 
    2. Non-Refundable Deposit:
      Your full payment includes a $150 non-refundable deposit per week. 
    3. Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before Camp:
      Your camp payment will be refunded minus the deposit.
    4. Cancellations Made 7 or Less Days Before Camp:
      If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of camp, the full week camp cost will be charged to your account.
    5. Changes to Your Registration:
      If you need to make changes to your registration (e.g., switch to a different week), please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, changes may not be possible depending on availability and timing.

    New Clients:
    Upon registration, you will be invited for a 20-30 minute tour and therapist screening to assess your child’s individual needs and your goals before starting the program.

    Insurance Information:
    We do not bill insurance companies directly for services provided. You will be provided with a superbill which you may choose to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
