Winter 2026 session
Three days of small-group camp led by licensed and registered occupational therapists, certified occupational therapy assistants, and speech therapists. Over Winter Break, kids keep the developmental momentum going through play-based activities, sensory exploration, fine and gross motor work, self-regulation, and social skills.
Who camp is for
Camp is open to children of all abilities, and children with and without a diagnosis participate together in the same groups. Activities target developmental skills and are led by our clinical team, with each child supported to participate at their own pace and according to their individual comfort level, interests, and needs.
Our approach emphasizes choice, dignity, privacy, and independence while providing the level of support each child needs to participate successfully.

About our Winter Program
Our Winter Break sessions give your child a calm, supportive setting to keep working on sensory exploration, fine and gross motor development, communication skills, emotional regulation, and social thinking while school is out. We provide a small group environment for kids.
Through hands-on activities, we make your child’s day fun and enriching! Your child will have the opportunity to engage in enrichment activities such as music, art, sports, and more.
Our groups are led by licensed and registered occupational therapists, certified occupational therapy assistants, and speech therapists, so each child gets individualized attention in a small group.

$675 per week (3 days, 4 hrs/day)

Important Policies
Changes or Cancellations:
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help when possible. However, due to the limited spots available for camp, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Full Payment Required: a full payment is required to secure your child’s spot.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Your full payment includes a $150 non-refundable deposit per week.
- Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before Program Start Date: Your payment will be refunded minus the deposit.
- Cancellations Made 7 or Fewer Days Before Program Start Date: If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of camp, the full week camp cost will be charged to your account.
- Changes to Your Registration: If you need to make changes (e.g., switch to a different intensive program week), please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, changes may not be possible depending on therapist availability and timing.
New Clients:
New clients will be invited for a 30 minute clinic tour and therapist screening to assess your child’s individual needs and your goals before starting the program.
Insurance Information:
We do not bill insurance companies directly for services provided. You will be provided with a superbill which you are encouraged to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We’ll be happy to guide you on how to submit our superbills to your health insurance carrier.
Tumble ’N Dots Pediatric Therapy is a licensed outpatient therapy clinic. Our programs are designed and delivered by licensed therapists.
Camp is a small-group program, with each child supported to participate at their own pace.
Available Camp Weeks:
- December 21st – December 23rd, 2026
- December 28th – December 30th, 2026
Clinic Closure Dates: No program on December 24th–25th, 2026 and December 31st, 2026 – January 1st, 2027.
