We invite you and your child to join us for a complimentary in-person consultation and tour at our Irvine clinic. It is a low-pressure, welcoming opportunity to see our play spaces, meet our team, and talk through what you are noticing at home.

Questions parents ask before the tour

Is there a cost?
No. The consultation and tour are complimentary, and there is no obligation to sign up for anything.
Should I bring my child?
Yes, we invite you and your child to join us. You are also welcome to come on your own if that works better for your family.
How do I get started?
Come in for a tour and meet our clinical staff. If your child does not have a valid evaluation from the last 10 months, we will start with one. If you already have one that is less than 10 months old, send it to us and we will work from it.
What age children do you work with?
Birth through age 12. Our group programs are age-banded, starting with Curious Caterpillars for ages 2 to 4.
Do I need a referral from my pediatrician?
No referral is needed to get started. Some insurance plans require one for reimbursement, so it is worth checking with your carrier.
Do you take insurance?
No. We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. We provide a detailed superbill twice a month that you can submit for possible reimbursement, and OT and speech therapy are generally FSA and HSA eligible.
How long is a therapy session?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Every child is different, but most children come once a week.
