We’re offering a 2 week intensive therapy during Spring Break to continue with play-based activities, sensory exploration, fine and gross motor skills, self-regulation, and social skills.

General Camp Details

Weeks Offered: 

  • March 30th, 2026 – April 3rd, 2026
  • April 6th, 2026 – April 10th, 2026

Hours: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Cost: $1025 per week.

Sessions are led by licensed and registered occupational therapists and speech therapists.

Changes or Cancellations:
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help when possible. However, due to the limited spots available for camp, the following cancellation terms apply:

  1. Full Payment Required: a full payment is required to secure your child’s spot. 
  2. Non-Refundable Deposit:
    Your full payment includes a $150 non-refundable deposit per week.
  3. Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before Program Start Date:
    Your payment will be refunded minus the deposit.
  4. Cancellations Made 7 or Less Days Before Program Start Date:
    If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of camp, the full week camp cost will be charged to your account.
  5. Changes to Your Registration:
    If you need to make changes (e.g., switch to a different intensive program week), please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, changes may not be possible depending on therapist availability and timing.
New Clients: New clients will be invited for a 30 minute clinic tour and therapist screening to assess your child’s individual needs and your goals before starting the program.

Insurance Information: We do not bill insurance companies directly for services provided. You will be provided with a superbill which you are encouraged to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We’ll be happy to guide you on how to submit our superbills to your health insurance carrier.

Tumble ’N Dots Pediatric Therapy is a licensed outpatient therapy clinic. Our programs are designed and delivered by licensed occupational therapists (OTs) and certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs) under OT supervision.

All services provided are therapeutic in nature, guided by individualized treatment plans, and documented according to professional healthcare standards.
