About our Summer Program

Our 2026 Summer Session provides a unique and peaceful setting to support your child’s sensory exploration, fine and gross motor development, communication skills, emotional regulation, social thinking abilities, and more. We provide a supportive, small group therapeutic environment for kids.

Through hands-on activities, we make our sessions fun and enriching! Your Child will have the opportunity to engage in enrichment activities such as music, art, adaptive PE, and more!

Our groups are led by skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and assisted by our graduate students and volunteers to help provide your child with individualized attention.

$1,035 per week (5 days, 4 hrs/day)
Prorated for the week of July 4th

Enrollment is limited to children over the age of 2.5 years. If camp is full, you will be placed on a waiting list at no charge.

Important Policies

Changes or Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help when possible. However, due to the limited spots available for camp, the following cancellation terms apply:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit:
    A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot. Unfortunately, a spot cannot be reserved without a deposit.
  2. Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before Camp:
    Your camp payment will be refunded minus the deposit. If only the deposit was paid, there will be no refund since the deposit is non-refundable.
  3. Cancellations Made 7 or Less Days Before Camp:
    If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of camp, the full week camp cost will be charged to your account.
  4. Changes to Your Registration:
    If you need to make changes to your registration (e.g., switch to a different week), please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, changes may not be possible depending on availability and timing.

Remaining Balance:
We will issue an invoice for the remaining balance due about 2 weeks prior to the start date. The remaining balance is due before the start date.

New Clients:
Upon registration, you will be invited for a 20-30 minute tour and therapist meet and greet to assess your child’s individual needs and your goals before starting the program.

Insurance Information:
We do not bill insurance companies directly for services provided. You will be provided with a superbill which you may choose to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
