Social Superheroes is the next step up from Social Butterflies, designed for children who are ready to continue building their emotional regulation skills within an occupational therapy based group. Rooted in a holistic, play based approach, this group takes place in our unique sensory gym environment and places greater emphasis on advancing social emotional skills in a peer setting.
With a focus on facilitating reciprocal conversation and peer friendships, Social Superheroes promotes the development of problem solving abilities, flexible thinking, and deeper emotional awareness. Children practice applying calming strategies and regulation tools while navigating group dynamics and everyday social challenges.
This group is most appropriate for children in kindergarten through 2nd grade who are ready to build on the foundational skills developed in Social Butterflies.

Days: Every Tuesday or Wednesday from 4:00pm – 5:30pm (1.5 hours per week).Â

Things to Know:
- You must commit to the full program.
- There are no refunds for missed sessions for sickness, vacation, etc.
- No class the week of November 24th – November 28th, 2025
Cancellations:
If you cancel 7 or more days before the group start date, you will receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations occurring less than 7 days before group start date will not be refunded.
New Clients:
Upon registration, you will be invited for a 30 minute tour and therapist screening to assess your child’s individual needs and your goals before starting the program.
Insurance Information:
We do not bill insurance companies directly for services provided. You will be provided with a superbill which you may choose to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.Â
