Charter school families
We welcome charter school and homeschool families using instructional funds. There is no cost to your family for charter-funded enrollment. We bill your charter for the full program cost and send itemized monthly invoices.
For charter schools: Our programs are nonsectarian and open to every student, with no tryouts, auditions, or testing to enroll. All staff complete background checks and mandated-reporter and child-abuse-prevention training. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance and W-9 on request. We invoice on NET 30 terms against an approved Enrichment Certificate or Purchase Order, and each invoice is itemized by student name, program, dates, and instructional hours.
How to request us through your charter:
- Ask your Education Specialist or Facilitator to add Tumble N’ Dots as an approved educational vendor. Some charters ask a parent or teacher to submit a vendor suggestion form first.
- Once we are approved, request a Purchase Order or Enrichment Certificate made out to Tumble N’ Dots for the program and its dates.
- Send it to hello@TumbleNDots.com and register for the program, choosing the charter school funds option at checkout.
Vendor approval, use of instructional funds, academic credit, course placement, and PE fulfillment are determined by your charter school.

What programs do you offer?
We run nine small-group enrichment programs for homeschooled children, led by experienced instructors with backgrounds in child development. Four programs are enrolling now for Fall 2026, and the others open for Fall 2026 soon.

What ages are these programs for?
Our enrichment programs serve children roughly ages 5 to 12. Each program runs in age-based groups so activities match your child's stage, and several classes offer more than one age group. You'll find the exact age range for each class on its program page.
Are these classes a good fit for neurodivergent children?
Yes. Supporting neurodivergent children is at the heart of what we do. Our classes are neurodiversity-affirming and led by experienced child-development instructors, so the approach is child-led, play-based, and built around how your child actually learns, including attention, sensory preferences, communication, and self-advocacy. Groups stay small so every child gets high-touch support, and children of all abilities are welcome, whether or not they have a diagnosis.
How are these different from occupational therapy or other clinical services?
These are educational enrichment programs, not clinical therapy. They are led with an occupational therapy-informed approach, but they do not include an individual evaluation, a diagnosis, a plan of care, or medical treatment, and they are separate from our clinical occupational therapy services. If your child needs individualized clinical support, we offer that separately. Just reach out and we'll help you find the right fit.
Where are your classes located?
Our classes are held at our Irvine location: 15265 Alton Parkway #140, Irvine, CA 92618. View on Google Maps. We welcome homeschool and charter families from across Irvine and Orange County.
Is class drop-off, or do I stay?
Our enrichment classes are drop-off. You'll check your child in, and our team takes it from there. Drop-off supports the small-group focus and helps children build independence and connection with their peers.
What happens if my child misses a class?
We do not offer make-up classes. Each group meets on a set day and time and follows its own curriculum as a consistent group, so there isn't another session your child could join for a single missed class. We recommend choosing the day and time that works best for your family and committing to it for the term.
Do you accept charter school funds, and how does it work?
Yes. We accept charter school instructional funds and are completing vendor approvals with local charters. If Tumble N' Dots is not yet an approved vendor with your charter, ask your Education Specialist or Facilitator to add us as a vendor. Please confirm we're an approved vendor with your charter before you register. Approval and funding are handled by your charter, so please allow time before the term begins.
To enroll, register for the program and choose the charter school funds option at checkout. Then request a Purchase Order or Enrichment Certificate from your Education Specialist or Facilitator, made out to Tumble N' Dots for the program and its dates, and send it to hello@TumbleNDots.com. We bill your charter for the program and send monthly invoices so you can track payments. There is no out-of-pocket cost to your family.
Can I enroll without charter funds (private pay)?
Yes. Choose the pay-directly option at checkout and pay the full program cost to confirm your child’s seat.
If you need to cancel, our cancellation policy gives you a 90% refund when you cancel 7 or more days before the start date. Cancellations within 7 days of the start, or after the program begins, are not refunded.
How does payment and cancellation work?
If you pay directly, full payment is required when you register, and that confirms your child's seat. If you cancel, you receive a 90% refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date.
There is no refund for cancellations made 7 or fewer days before the start date, or after the program begins. If you use charter funds, no payment is needed from your family, and your child's seat is confirmed once we receive the Purchase Order from your charter.
Each term is a separate registration. If you enroll for Fall and want to continue in Winter, you submit a new registration for that term.
Educational Enrichment Program Notice
Tumble N’ Dots Educational Enrichment Programs are supplemental group learning programs, separate from our clinical occupational therapy services. They do not include diagnosis, determination of medical necessity, individualized occupational therapy evaluation or plans of care, clinical treatment goals, healthcare progress notes, insurance billing, or superbills.
Within group instruction, instructors may use visual supports, modeling, activity modifications, and other strategies to improve access to the curriculum. These are educational supports within the group program, not individualized occupational therapy treatment. If a student may benefit from clinical occupational therapy, those services are offered separately and require a separate clinical intake.
