About Tumble N' Dots Pediatric Therapy
A boutique, multidisciplinary clinic in Irvine, CA, supporting neurodivergent kids ages 0–12 and their families.
What We Offer
Occupational Therapy
Personalized clinic-based and virtual sessions targeting speech sounds, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and academic language goals. Led by licensed speech-language pathologists.
Speech Therapy
Gentle, play-based feeding therapy for picky eaters and kids with feeding challenges. Our facility includes a dedicated kitchen and dining area for therapy that builds safe, positive mealtime routines.
Feeding Therapy
Our trained therapy dog helps kids build regulation, motor, and social skills through play, guided by Dr. Phoebe Yam, OTD, OTR/L, a licensed occupational therapist and human-animal interaction specialist.
Animal-Assisted
Small-group classes for ages 2–12: Curious Caterpillars, Social Butterflies, Social Superheroes, Mindful MasterChefs, Game Changers, Kindergarten Readiness, and our music-therapy-led Tumble N’ Groove.
Group Programs
Year-round therapeutic learning programs and school-break intensives (summer, winter, spring). A neurodiversity-affirming, child-led approach that builds regulation, connection, and confidence.
Intensive Therapy
Our Approach
Four principles that shape how we work with every child and family.
Relationship First
We prioritize trust over compliance. Your child leads the play, and we guide the progress.
Family-Centered
You're the expert on your child. We build sessions, strategies, and home plans alongside you.
Neurodiversity-Affirming
We honor unique brains and build on your child's natural strengths rather than masking differences.
Play Based
Therapy embedded in play, movement, and connection, because that's how kids learn best.
Recognized by Orange County Families
Voted Best Special Needs Therapy and Best Special Needs Intensive Therapy Camp by Parenting OC readers.
