Trunk-or-Treat Community Event

What to expect

• Our staff will be setting up their own decorated trunks for the event, so there’s no need for families to prepare or decorate a car. However, if you’re excited about joining the fun and would like to set up your own trunk, we’d love to have you! Just let us know.
• A friendly, no-pressure evening of costumes, smiles, and treats in our parking lot and inside our clinic
• Treats and small prizes at each trunk station

Sensory friendly by design

• No jump scares, fog, or strobe lights
• Music at a low volume
• A Quiet Zone with dim lighting, noise-reducing headphones, and fidgets

Allergy awareness

• Non-food options at every station
• Clearly labeled candy
• Please tell us your child’s allergies on the RSVP form

Accessibility

• Wheelchair friendly route and ADA restrooms
• Reserved parking close to the entrance
• Volunteers trained to offer support without rushing your child

Costumes and comfort

• All costumes welcome. Pajamas, sensory-safe clothing, and no-costume is also welcome
• If your child prefers to observe first, that’s okay. They can join at their own pace

What to bring

• A trick-or-treat bag or bucket
• Water bottle
• Anything that helps your child feel comfortable, like headphones or a favorite fidget
